firstly... WOW! I'm an pencillist myself so i can give u some pointers...
1. There's always a forehead.. give them the forehead but if you don't see much of it, it's prolly coz it's covered with their hair or because they have a low hairline.
2. the shady is great. keep working on it
3. I understand the structure of the jaw in alignment with the rest of the face, but to make it better aligned, u can draw very lightly the shape, and u can erase the out of place lines when you've settled the right lines.
I love it.. it really hints what Cloe looks like...

Thanks I really appreciate the tips but do they still apply if you are a cartoonist, because from what I know you are meant to exagertate certain features but i really appreciate the tips. By the way have you got some of your own stuff to share I'd love to see it ;D
I always seem to have difficulty drawing lightly first I'm always in a hurry to finish so that might explain some the dark lines.
