I haven't heard any news on their availablity here yet, I've seen dates for America and the UK, but not us...I'm thinking of getting a Region Free DVD player and ordering them from overseas...but that seems a little excessive...maybe.

acording to this site www.ezydvd.com.au/item.zml/224928 they are getting released here on the 3rd of december as a six disc box set. it has the price listed as AU$114.95 but I'll bet you can find it cheaper. |

Yay! Thanks, Magyk! I almost bought the region one set the other day, but I guess I can hold out until December for the Aussie version...and EzyDVD often give you cool freebies when you pre-order box sets. At, least they did with the Buffy ones.

lol it isn't that expensive... like Buffy is about $70 per 1/2 a season. so it is fairly resonable...

I'd say so... to my knowledge when shows are airing... or re-airing on pay tv or something it can sometimes mean they they can't get the rights to dvds untill that contract is finished... but since they have a release date I'd say they'll be at all major shops a few days later... plus season 1 has already finished airing... lol look at Stargate.... in Vic they have relelased more tapes and dvds for the show than what have actually aired down there!!

I have confermation from a DVD dealer shop that it is coming out in December & it will be $114.95, it is a six part set & you can pre-order them & the department stores should be getting them soon after probably just in time for Christmas. P.S - I mentioned all of this about a month ago!  |

i mentioned it on another board cos i didn't know this one existed but it was about a month ago maybe more cos i was looking for it for my birthday. ;D Never mind i just have to get money cos my parents are kinda anti-smallville something about my addiction to it & i need money for alias season 1 & season 2 which is coming out in america on dec 2 so sometime in April/May i'm guessing for here.

DVDs come out on wednesday... and just to let you know... www.empiredvd.com.au has them for $119.95 www.ezydvd.com.au and www.dstore.com.au has them listed for $114.95 www.sanity.com.au has them for $107.95 both www.atlanticdvd.com.au and www.devoteddvd.com.au have it listed for $99.95... www.ozdvdwhs.com.au/ has it listed foe $94.85... I have never personally ordered anything from this site but still... Point is when they do come out... be sure to shop around! even in the department stores ... like Buffy... lol I went shopping for them not long ago... and just walking around the one mall I found as big as $20 differences between stores... and most shops match other peoples prices so... yeah |

If It helps any I saw it advertised in a K-Mart catalogue and it comes out in their stores on Wednesday and costs $95, which I think is really good. ;D
