I can *finally* start a thread about this show because it starts here on Thursday at 8:30pm (2 hour premiere). It's on Channel Nine, so maybe we shouldn't get too attached...heh.
I've seen the first ten episodes and I'm smitten, so give it a chance, 'kay? It's a lot of fun and trust me, you *will* fall in love with Seth Cohen (played by Adam Brody who was also in an ep of "Smallville")
Oh, and *whispers* there's also really great slash if you look. *g*

Yay finally someone to talk about this show with...I absolutely love it (please excuse my grammer etc as I have just finished a bottle of wine) Ryan to me looks like a really young Russell Crow. And as for Seth he is so my favourite absolutely hilarious...
I loved when he was drunk.
And he has great taste in music ;D

Seth has the *best* taste in music...in an upcoming ep, he even listens to (and defends) Death Cab For Cutie, who I love atm.
Also, he reads lots of comic books and loves *my* favourite novel ("The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay" by Michael Chabon) and we're so meant to be together...heh.
Sorry, I tend to gush about Seth. He's co cute. I can't help it. *g*
(Oh, and I loved it when he was drunk, too...particularly 'cause Ryan was so sweet and soinlove with him right there.)

I missed it!! lol I was working that night and completely forgot to record it... oh well... won't be the first series where I miss the premaire then catch up later... and I highly doubt it'll be the last... *g*

I kind of had a feeling that would happen. But everyone I've shown it to absolutely love the show. It appeals to different ages with the teen and adult storylines, and it has really good writing and characterisation if people actually cared to watch.
I blame the influx of articles in the media dismissing it as a modern 90210 when they clearly haven't even watched an episode. Also, channel nine really didn't advertise enough. Remeber when Smallville first came? The advertised it for *months* beforehand with those annoying "Coming Soon" things. There was none of that with this show. It's almost like they *wanted* it to fail.

I can't believe that chanel 9 is so slack they took away all of the shows that were any good, like i want to watch Burkes backyard. I wish that another chanel like 7 had the rights, they always play Alias.

It's back!
Well, "coming soon to Tuesdays" at least.
Seth and Ryan will now be seen on Channel 10 (and I love the little snarky digs at Channel 9 that they have in the promo for it.)
*hugs Channel 10*
If only the could adopt Smallville, too.

Yay! It's taking over Miriams spot - i am so excited although i've heard that Mischa Barton is actually a real bitch in real life. But who cares when Seth and the other guy is on it!
I LOVE CHANNEL 10!!!!! Now if only they got the rights for Smallville too and did anyone hear that one tree hill is coming? It's another WB show starring Chad Murray Michael - heard its good so hoping thats true. So happy about the OC!!!!

I love channel 10!!! ***Hugs for All!!!*** Awww! Sadness but i know what happens so yeh not so sad. Oh and if you wanna see a pic of this awesome spoiler including Marissa and Ryan go to the O.C website the station is fox and have a look at the pics. ***Grins cheekily***.
