Casting Call Goes Out For Lois Lane
A casting call has gone out to agents for the role of Lois Lane, a "recurring guest star for the first four episodes" of Season Four.

The breakdown describes Lois as "caucasian, smart, beautiful, urban, headstrong, and no-nonsense." It says she was an Army kid who moved around every two years. She lost her mother at a young age and helped to raise her young sister, which made her mature beyond her years.

Her father, Sam Lane, is a "high-ranking general" in the U.S. Army. Lois has no room for small talk or superstition, and she has a long history of defying her father and asserting her independence.

The breakdown says that Sam always wanted a son rather than a daughter and thus raised Lois to be hard as nails, like a perfect soldier. Lois hides her vulnerability with sarcasm and wit... much like her cousin, Chloe.

At this point in her life, Lois is in her early twenties and has no interest in journalism. She's in Smallville to investigate the death of Chloe.

Breakdowns have also gone out for the role of Jason Teague, who is in his early 20's and "incredibly handsome and sexy." He was raised a rich kid in Metropolis. He likes to escape to far away places every summer, and this time it happens to be Paris. "Jason is the guy everyone wants as his best friend," the breakdown says. Jason is a football player who is always looking to spite his parents. He's currently pursuing a degree in education at Metropolis University. Jason could be from a Caucasion or Latino background, and the role is a "series regular."

There are plenty more spoilers being leaked at the moment regarding the shows fourth season. instead of copying them straight from kryptonsite, here are some huge spoilers from sites such as E News Live.

Clark will fly for the first time in the season premiere along side a plane that holds Lex Luthor's body. He is not his normal self at the time however, instead it is a Bad Clark. The first episode is about the internal fight between Clark and Jor El.

From there, Al Gough says that they will wander away from the caves and Jor El, and take on a whole new mythology that Superman fans will love that include Clark, Lex and Lana.

Erca Durance has been cast as Lois Lane for 13 episodes, and could feature in more as the season progesses. She will be investigating the death of Chloe with Clark, but some spoilers suggest that Chloe is still alive and is under the protection of Lex. How she escaped the explosion, I dont know.

In other news, Lana has been given a whole new look, attitude and a new love interest, Jason Teague. She is travelling through Paris with him. She also has a tattoo on her back.

Sad news for Clana shippers, Al Gough and Miles Millar said that they had had enough of Clark and Lana, and they both have new love interests. Lana/Jason and Clark/Louis. Therefore, Clana is sadly over! :'( :-[ ???

There are plenty of other spoilers floating about but some of the main ones revolve around the ending of Covenant.

Clark? Yes Clark survives.
Lana? Yes she returns from paris.
Lex? Yes he doesnt die of poisioning. He is in Egypt for the start of Episode 1 of season 4.
Jonathan? He survives.
Martha? She is all good.
Lionel? He is still sick.
Chloe? No idea. This one will be unknown id say until the show starts again on September 23, or was it 22nd. Either way, Loius is meant to be there to investugate Chloe's death, but some spoilers say that Chloe is alive at The Torch and somewhere else in episode 2 'Gone'.

More spoilers later.
